Abdulrasheed Alada Muhammad holds a PhD degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He is currently an Associate Professor of Political Science in the Department of Political Science, University of Ilorin where he has been teaching since 2005. He has held several administrative positions in the Department including Acting Head of Department at various times. He was also a member of the University’s Anti-Corruption and Transparency Unit (ACTU). His research interests include, Federalism, Political Parties, Executive and Legislative institutions, Nigerian Government and Politics. He is currently the treasurer of the Nigerian Political Science Association, NPSA.
