Adedoyin Jolaade OMEDE, is a Professor in the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ilorin with 32 years university teaching, research, and administrative experience. Prof. Omede has held various leadership positions within the academic realm. She is currently serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Social Science at the University of Ilorin since August 1st, 2023. Her commitment to education and academia is further exemplified by her role as a Member of the Governing Board of the Institute of Education (IOE), at  Governing Board of the Institute of Education (IOE), University of Ilorin  2023  to Present  Member, Governing Board,  University of Ilorin, Centre for Management and Leadership  2004.
